Rebuild After A House Fire In Stamford

Recently, a fire broke out in a one-story home in Stamford.  The fire completely gutted the home, so the remediation process involved steps such as cleaning smoke damage from wooden beams and removing residual odor from the space.  The remediation of fire damage is only the beginning of the entire process of bringing a home back to life.

Rebuilding the space is the next set of steps to make the house livable again.  Our rebuild team began work right after the remediation team was finished.  They framed the layout, put insulation in, sheetrocked the entire space, installed flooring, painted, and installed appliances.

In this case, the property owner wanted to also add a second floor to his home.  While not a usual part of the rebuild process, our team added the second floor during the rebuild process.
